You can confirm an addition by:

Viewing the VIP Summary or the VIP Lists section found within Transaction Details.

Navigating to Fraud Control and then the VIP Lists menu of the Agent Web Console (AWC).
Note
If you are confirming from Transaction Details, you can hover over the VIP Summary entry to see the date it was added.
If you have confirmed the addition of the variable via the Transaction Details page, navigate to the VIP Lists menu to see variables that have been added to your VIP Lists. Select the VIP List, identify the variable in the list, then review the Date Entered column for the correlating timestamp. If you do not see the desired variable, you might need to expand your search. Select to change the number of results per page, or change the page.
To find out who added a variable to the VIP List:

Sign in to the AWC.

Select the Reports tab, then select Fraud Control Changes.

From the Audit Type drop-down menu, select VIP Lists and enter a date range.
Note
The date range can be obtained either by hovering over the entry on the Transaction Details page or by viewing the VIP List entry.

Select Create Audit Report. The results display the customer email address and name of the individual who made the addition as well as the date it was made, the VIP Type, Action, VIP Value, and the New Value.
Note
This information is only applicable to those that have Admin and Risk Editor permissions. Risk Editors do not have permission to review the VIP Gift Card (subsection of Payments) or Device ID fields.
