Generate a User Login Report

To determine who has logged into the Agent Web Console (AWC) within a specific date range, do the following:

1. In the AWC, click the Reports tab, and then under the Security Audits section, click User Logins.
2. On the Security Audits page, in the Sidebar under Login History Filter, use the User drop-down menu to select either All Users or the email address of a specific user in the system.
3. Click in the Start Date field and navigate to the month and day of the beginning of the desired date range or keep the default value of today.
4. Click in the End Date field and navigate to the date of end of your date range or keep the default value of today (Note: the End Date must be later than the Start Date).
5. Click Get Login History.

After the report has been generated, if you selected All Users, you can click the email address of a specific user to view the user's Profile information on the Users and Groups page.
