From the Agent Web Console (AWC), search transaction criteria to create a downloadable ad hoc report.

Sign in to the Agent Web Console, and then select Reports.

From the selection menu, select Adhoc Reports.

Select New Report.

In the New Report window, enter a unique description of your search, and then enter the parameters of your search criteria.
Note
You do not need to fill out every field to run a valid report. Only enter the necessary search criteria. Additional transaction data choices will impact processing time.

Select Run Report.

The report is submitted to a Working queue for processing. Once the report is ready, a download link appears on the row of the report. To download an ad hoc report, go to Downloading an Ad Hoc Report.
Note
You might have to refresh the page for the download link to appear. If the report does not finish processing within 30 minutes, it returns to the Working queue. The report can return to the queue up to three times. If the report has not successfully processed after 90 minutes, an Error status is returned.
