A strategy must be created from a template in Admin > Identity Proofing > Strategies. Each template consists of validations (like Identity Verification) and step-up methods (like Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) or SMS One-Time Hyperlink). The template determines what information is captured and if a step-up method is called when the policy engine has a decision of Challenge.
Currently, templates are created internally.
To create a strategy:

Log in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Strategies.

Select Create Strategy.

In the Create Strategy prompt, enter a name for the strategy.
Note
The name you include in this field is included in the API to determine the correct workflow. Spaces are not allowed in this text field.

Select a template.

Select Save.
To delete a strategy:

Log in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Strategies.

Select an existing strategy.

Select Delete.
Note
Deleting a strategy can affect access to Kount 360, disrupt billing, or cause other issues. If you delete all strategies, you cannot send transaction data.

Select Yes, Continue to confirm deletion.
