The Autoblock List help you automatically reject identity verification attempts when specific Personally Identifiable Information (PII) matches items on your blocklist. This protects your business from known fraudulent identities, suspicious email addresses, phone numbers, and other risky information.
The Autoblock List uses blocklists you created in Policy Management > Tools > Lists. To create, edit, or delete lists, refer to Managing Lists in Kount 360.
To find the Autoblock List in Kount 360:

Log in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Autoblock List.
When you first open the Autoblock List page, no lists are configured to autoblock Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
To create an autoblock list:

Log in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Autoblock List.

Select Add Configuration.

In Create Blocklist Configuration, enter list names in the following fields:

Name
Enter a list that blocks people's names.

Email
Enter a list that blocks email addresses or domains.

Phone
Enter a list that blocks phone numbers.

Address
Enter a list that blocks physical addresses.
-
IP Address
Enter a list that blocks computer or internet addresses.

Social Security Number (SSN)
Enter a list that blocks SSNs.
Note
Blocklists entered in this section are created and located in Policy Management > Tools > Lists. Refer to Managing Lists for more information. You must have at least one field filled out to save the configuration.

Select rejection codes to include in the autoblock list.
Note
You must select at least one rejection code to save your configuration.

Select Save.
The autoblock list is saved and is immediately active for new identity verification attempts.
To edit an autoblock list:

Log in to Kount 360.

Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Autoblock List.

In Edit Blocklist Configuration, edit or clear any field.
Note
Fields can be left blank if you do not want to include a specific blocklist.

Select or deselect rejection codes.

Select Save.
The changes are saved and are immediately active for new identity verification attempts.
If you no longer want to use the autoblock feature or you want to start over with a new autoblock list configuration, you can delete the current autoblock list.
To delete an autoblock list:

Log in to Kount 360.
-
Select Admin, then Product Configuration.

Select Identity Proofing, then Autoblock List.

Select Delete.
-
In the Delete Blocklist Configuration confirmation prompt, select Delete.
The Autoblock List is deleted. You can create a new configuration at any time.
