In Details, you can add order values to existing lists without leaving the page.
To add an order value to a list from the Details page:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Event Analysis or select Case Management, then Case Queue.

Find and open an order to see Details.

Select Lists.
The List Management table displays with the Order category/value and applicable lists columns.

Find an Order category/value, then select one or more lists to add the value to.
Note
You can only select from existing lists. To create a new list, refer to Manage Lists.

Select Submit.
The order values are added to the selected lists.
