Your Dispute and Chargeback Management experience is moving to Chargeback Management in Kount 360. This migration provides a faster, more modern workspace while preserving the workflows your team relies on every day.
This migration is seamless and automatic. All alerts, queues, decisions, and reporting logic move with you. There is no configuration or re-setup required. The only action you need to take is activating your Kount 360
What's changing (and what's not)
This migration changes where you work and streamlines how you work. Your day-to-day chargeback review process will be done in a modernized user interface, with more data provided by a robust API. You will still review alerts, take action on cases, manage queues, and analyze performance.
The first change you will encounter is how you access the platform.

New URL: You will no longer use Midigator. Instead, you will log into the new portal at
app.kount.com. Please bookmark this new URL. -
Activation: You will receive an activation email from Equifax. Follow the prompts to set your password and activate your account.

Kount 360 introduces a dark-mode interface designed to support extended review sessions and reduce visual fatigue. The updated design uses a refined color palette that improves focus. Although the look and feel have changed, the actions you take and the decisions you make remain exactly the same.
While your actual tasks remain the same, the navigation paths to reach your tools have shifted from top navigation bars to a consolidated left-hand navigation menu.
In the legacy Dispute and Chargeback Management experience, users landed on a dashboard summary. In Kount 360, the focus is on immediate action.

Previous State: Signing in landed on the Dashboard with the Snapshot.

New Kount 360 State: You are taken directly to the Alerts view. This places active reviews in front of you immediately.
Dispute and Chargeback Management:
Kount 360:
The legacy Dispute and Chargeback Management experience did not use a case-based model. Kount 360 does. Alerts are now accessed through Case Management, which provides a structured view of each alert within its review context.

Previous State: Alerts were found within the Dispute and Chargeback Management queues.

New Kount 360 State: Alerts are now part of a unified view in Case Management.

To access in Kount 360: Select Case Management from the main navigation, then select Alerts.
From the Alerts page in Kount 360, you can Resolve, Dismiss, or Decline alerts exactly as you did before.

Queues are still available and behave the same way they did in Dispute and Chargeback Management, but their location has changed. Instead of appearing across the top of the screen, queues are now accessed through a dedicated area in the navigation.

New Kount 360 State: All queues now display in the main navigation making it easier to move between them.

To access in Kount 360: Select Chargeback Management from the main navigation, then select your desired queue.

The familiar Dispute and Chargeback Management dashboard has not been removed; it is just no longer the default landing page.

Previous State: The Dashboard was the default home screen.

New Kount 360 State: The Snapshot and former dashboard is nested appropriately in the main navigation under the solution, Chargeback Management.

To access in Kount 360: Select Chargeback Management from the navigation, and then select Dashboard. To see the old queue data, expand the Snapshot section.

Chargeback reporting is now centralized under Analytics.

Previous State: Reporting was accessed with a dedicated reporting menu.

New Kount 360 State: Reporting for all solutions in Kount 360 utilize a shared view in the Analytics section.

To access in Kount 360: To see the reports for Chargeback Management, select Analytics in the main navigation. If Chargeback Management Analytics does not load by default, expand the Folder icon, then expand Chargeback Management. Select Chargeback Management Report.
