Customize the data shown in tables in the Agent Web Console (AWC) by adding, deleting, or moving the visible data columns.

Sign in to the AWC, then navigate to the page you want to customize, such as Suspect Orders.

Select Configure
.

Under More Options, select Configure Columns.
From the Configure Columns page, you can perform the following:

Move columns: Drag and drop any desired column to rearrange the displayed order.

Delete columns: Drag a column to the trash to remove it from the list.

Add columns: Select the Choose Column drop-down list, choose a desired column, and then select Add column.
Note
Any changes to the format of these pages applies to all users under the same merchantID (MID).
