To update the status of a single order, select the order status from the action bar drop-down menu on Transaction Details. At this point you can also assign your agent initials and apply any necessary notes, and then select to apply the changes.
Additionally, a single order can be decisioned from the Suspect Order queue by selecting the check box next to the order you want to decision. The status bar at the bottom of the page allows you to select a new status to be applied to all selected transactions. Don’t forget to assign your agent initials and apply any necessary notes, then select Submit to apply the changes.
It might be desirable to leverage Custom Reason Codes when updating order status. This helps provide additional insight into why the particular order status was selected.
