How to Configure Columns in the Agent Web Console

Customize the data shown on tables in the Agent Web Console (AWC) by adding, deleting, or moving the visible data columns.

1. Log in to the AWC, and then navigate to the page you want to customize, such as the Suspect Orders or Order Search page.
2. In the upper-right of the table, click the Configure icon .
3. Under More Options, click Configure Columns.
   
4. From the Configure Columns page, you can perform the following:
   1. Move columns: Drag and drop any desired column to rearrange the displayed order.
      
   2. Delete columns: Drag a column to the trash icon to remove it from the list.
      
   3. Add columns:Click the Choose Column drop-down list, choose a desired column, and then click Add column.
      
      Note: Any changes to the format of these pages applies to all users under the same merchantID (MID).
