- In the Agent Web Console (AWC), click the Fraud Control tab, and then click Emails under the VIP Lists section of the menu.
- On the VIP Lists page, in the lower right, click Add Email to VIP List.
- When the Add Email to VIP List box appears, type the email address in the Email field.
- In the VIP Type drop-down menu, choose the desired action, such as Approve, Review, or Decline.
- Click Save VIP Email.
NOTE: You can also add an entire email domain to a VIP list by using this format: *@outlook.com. The asterisk (*) is a "wildcard" so that any name associated with an email address in this domain will be treated in the same way by the system. For more information about automatically declining email domains, refer to declining orders from an entire email domain.
