Setting Up Password Policies in the Agent Web Console

The password policy for the Agent Web Console (AWC) defines the user password creation requirements. You must be an Admin user to change these requirements.

Setting a Password Policy

  1. Sign in to the AWC.

  2. Select Admin, then Password Policy. The Password Policy section provides instructions and minimum requirements for establishing secure passwords.

  3. Configure your password requirements.

  4. Select Save.
