Enhancements
Kount’s release, 8.0.0 consists of Persona Score user interface enhancements throughout the Agent Web Console, intended to help users differentiate between the Persona Score and Kount’s recently-released Boost Safety Rating. Additional 8.0.0 enhancements include Whitepages Pro (WPP) and Kount support of age ranges and freight forwarder flags.
These changes impact the UI of the following sections of the Console:
The Score Distribution gadget is renamed Persona Score Distribution. Likewise, the Score is now the Persona Score.
The Last Risk Evaluation gadget is renamed Last Persona Risk Evaluation. Accordingly, the Persona column is now the Persona Score.
Within all rules editors (Auto Agent, Workflow Queue Assigner, and Auto Decision Engine), the score condition, Kount Score, is renamed Persona Score, for it to be easily differentiated from the Boost Technology Safety Rating.
Note: Existing rules are not impacted by this release, which affects only the appearance of the name of the score throughout the UI.
Search and Adhoc reports are impacted by Release 8.0.0 enhancements.
Order Search
Order search facets are renamed from Score to Persona Score Min and Persona Score Max.
Advanced Search results and results score card header are renamed from Score to Persona Score.
Adhoc Reports
Adhoc reports score labels are renamed from Score to Min Persona Score and Max Persona Score.
The Adhoc reports SCOR column is renamed PERSONA_SCORE.
Suspect Orders, Special Alerts, and Linked Orders display a Persona Score column in place of the previous Score column.
In response to Whitepages Pro (WPP) user reports indicating they spend more time than expected manually reviewing orders and creating complex rules to interpret and evaluate WPP data, WPP updated the product to include additional data elements, and made these data elements available in the WPP Portal and Identity Check API. In release 8.0.0, Kount displays the WPP data elements, "subscriber/resident age range" and "freight forwarding" notification within its integration with WPP across the UI.
Support of Age Ranges
Subscriber or Resident Age Range data is available in the Kount integration within all five checks. Users can write rules around this data in the Auto Decision Engine (ADE) and in the Auto Agent (AA) rules engine. In addition, the data displays in the WPP detail gadget, allowing users to more confidently and quickly make decisions.
Support of Freight Forwarder Flags
Address checks for primary and secondary addresses yield a result of “is_forwarder” if the address in question is a freight forwarder’s address, as opposed to a physical address. Users can write rules around this data in the Auto Decision Engine (ADE) and in the Auto Agent (AA) rules engine.
In addition:
-
Data displays in the WPP detail gadget.
-
A warning is triggered in the UI if the address in question is a forwarding address.
-
Data displays in the Suspect Orders queue.
