The Transaction Age is the length of time an order resides in the Suspect Order queue before aging out. The Transaction Age length can be modified to any whole number between 1-30.
To adjust the Transaction Age, perform the following steps:
- Open the Agent Web Console.
- Click the Workflow tab.
- Under Settings, click Queue Options.
- Under Transaction Age, adjust the number of days as desired.
- With all desired changes made, click Save.
