FAQ: Can I Send Test Orders Through the Production Environment?

Kount allows one or two test orders to be sent to the live Production environment from each of your platforms/markets. We encourage the number of test orders in Production to be relatively small for two reasons:

1. The transactions sent to Production are billable
2. These test orders may create issues with "false" order linking and reporting if you have multiple orders being sent to the live environment, and these Persona linkages could eventually impact other merchants.
