Chargeback Management includes a calculator that you can use to calculate and monitor your Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP) ratios. For more information on the VAMP program, go to What is the Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program?.
To calculate your VAMP ratios:

Sign in to Kount 360.

Select Chargeback Management
, and then select Dashboard.

Select the VAMP Calculator dropdown.

Add your transaction information:

If you are enrolled in Verifi Inform, enter the total Visa transactions for the requested month.

If you are not enrolled in Verifi Inform, enter the total Visa disputes, transactions, TCI15s, and TC40s.
Note
If you need to change the number of Total Transactions, select Edit

Select Calculate.
Your VAMP ratio, Fraud Ratio, Dispute Ratio, and VAMP Cost display.
