Use Gmail’s filter and forward features to automatically share relevant information with the Equifax Identity & Fraud Services team in real time.
Follow these steps to enable email forwarding to Identity & Fraud Services:
1. In the upper-right corner of Gmail, select the Settings gear icon.
2. Select See All Settings.
3. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
4. Under the Forwarding section, select Add a forwarding address.
5. In the popup modal. enter the email address professionalservices-mfa@equifax.com, and then select Next.
6. In the popup modal, verify that you have entered the address correctly, and then select Proceed.
7. A notification displays indicating that a confirmation code has been sent. You must obtain this verification code to enter it into your account. This code tells Google that Identity & Fraud Services has agreed to receive your emails. To obtain the code, contact the support team via the chat in Identity & Fraud Services or email chargebackmanagement@kount.com.
8. Enter the verification code in your Gmail account, and then select Verify.
9. When you are rerouted to the settings page, review your forwarding criteria.

Verify that Disable forwarding is selected.

Verify that Forward a copy of incoming mail to is not selected.
You have now enabled email forwarding in your Gmail account. Next, set up a filter to specify which messages to forward.
Follow these steps to filter emails by their subject line so that only relevant messages are sent to Identity & Fraud Services:
1. Go to your inbox and find examples of emails that you would typically forward to Identity & Fraud Services. Make a list of the subject lines associated with the emails you want to forward.
2. In the upper-right corner of Gmail, select the Settings gear icon.
3. Select See All Settings.
4. Next, select Filters and Blocked Addresses at the top of the page.
5. Select Create a new filter’.
6. In the popup window, locate the Subject field. Enter the first subject line from the list you created.
7. Select Create Filter.
8. A new popup modal displays. Locate the Forward it to: field, and check the box. In the dropdown menu beside it, select professionalservices-mfa@equifax.com. Select Create Filter.
9. If you have more than one subject line you want to filter, repeat steps 5-8 for each additional subject line.
From this point forward, any email you receive with a designated subject line is automatically sent to the Identity & Fraud Services support team.
