The numbers displayed in the Timezone field in the Extended Variables section of the Transaction Details page, represent the number of minutes from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) that the device is configured for. If you divide this number by 60, the result will be the number of hours from GMT. For example, a value of 480 divided by 60 would yield an answer of 8 hours from GMT, which would be the Pacific time zone.
Note: The time zone setting is displayed on the Transaction Details page map as the Device Setting, and can be different from the Google maps representation of the device location. The Device Setting is the time zone setting that was set on the customer's computer, whereas the device location shown on the Google map is based on the actual physical location of the device, as determined by the device's IP address.
