How to Flag Orders that use Greek, Chinese, or Other Character Sets

We support 2-byte character sets. Characters passed to us that aren't 2-byte display as inverted question marks.

To create a rule to flag for the field you wish to monitor, use an (¿) inverted question mark. To create this symbol, in Windows, press Alt + 0191, in macOS, press Shift + Options + ?.
