Melissa Data is a third-party service we use to verify the validity of U.S. billing and shipping postal addresses submitted with transactions. The results of a Melissa Data verification can be seen in the Agent Web Console (AWC) on the Transaction Details page in the addresses gadget.
Note
International addresses are not included in the Melissa Data database, and can't be verified by this service.
