Search for orders by entering one value in the Global Search box. Global Search compares the value with every searchable field.
Identify the value that you want to search for. Identifiers, such as OrderID values, Payment Tokens, and phone numbers, match only on the complete value. For other fields, part of the value can be enough. See Expanded search behavior.
-
In the Global Search box, enter the search term.
Enter the value as it is stored on the transaction. Do not add quotation marks, wildcard characters, or operators such as AND or OR.
-
Select Search.
A progress indicator is shown while the search runs.
The result depends on the number of matching transactions:
-
If one transaction matches, the transaction details page opens.
-
If two or more transactions match, the results table opens. The most recent transactions are shown first, and the matching values are highlighted.
-
If no transactions match, a message states that the search returned no results. See Why can I not find a transaction by using Global Search?.
