The OrderID, customer order number, payment token, session ID, customer ID, channel, billing phone, shipping phone, and card BIN and last 4 digits are identifiers or codes. They are not free text. Part of an identifier does not reliably identify a transaction, so Global Search requires the complete value for these fields.
If you do not have the complete value of an identifier, use the filter for that column in the results table. Some column filters offer their own partial-match options.
